　著者（ら）は，下記３つの目的のための個人データの提供・公開に同意する。
　※著者のなかに欧州（EU加盟28カ国およびアイスランド、リヒテンシュタイン、ノルウェー）の方が
　　含まれる場合は『必ず本人からの合意を得てください』
　※第34回数値流体力学シンポジウム実行委員会は次の目的のみにデータを利用いたします
　　
　　１）プロシーディングの作成と配布
　　　著者全員の氏名，所属，メールアドレス（オプション）および
　　　論文題目・本文など論文に記載されるデータのプロシーディングスとしての配布
　　
　　２）プログラム策定
　　　1)に加えて発表要旨のシンポジウム実行委員会並びにセッションオーガナイザへの提供
　　
　　３）シンポジウム準備・運営
　　　1,2)に加えて代表著者の住所・電話番号・メールアドレス等申し込みに際して
　　　入力されるデータの実行委員会への提供
　　　
　Confirmation items related to EU general data protection rules (Important !!)
　
　The authors agree to provide and disclose personal data for the following three purposes.
　* If the European（28 EU member countries and Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway）people are included in the authors, you must obtain consent from those authors.
　* The Executive Committee of the 34th Computational Fluid Dynamics Symposium will use the personal data only for the following purposes.
　
　1) Preparation and distribution of proceedings
　　Distribution of the data described in the articles, such as the name, affiliation, email address (optional) of all authors as well as the title and manuscript body, as proceedings.
　
　2) Program formulation
　　In addition to Item 1), disclosing the abstract to the executive committee and the session organizers of the symposium.
　
　3) Preparation and operation of symposium
　　Disclosing the address, phone number, e-mail address etc. of the representative author, that will be entered upon application to the executive committee.
