Numerical calculations of the 2D model were performed by Fujitsu VPP800 at the Kyoto University Data Processing Center and the Center for PLAning and INformation Systems, Institute of Space and Astronautical Science. The calculation of the 1D model to preparing initial condition for the 2D model were performed were performed by a PC/AT compatible personal computer with an Intel Pentium II 600 MHz processor.
