F. Atmospheric Structure in the Runaway Greenhouse State

The dependency of the structure of the three-dimensional gray atmosphere on the solar constant and the runaway greenhouse states F.a. Time Evolution of Global Mean Values F.c. Meridional Structure

b. Time Evolution of Physical Variables

In this section, time evolutions of the distributions of various physical variables in Experiment S1800 will be illustrated. With the passage of time, atmospheric temperature, water vapor, , and surface temperature all increase, and the meridional differences in these physical variables decrease at the same time. Regarding the zonal winds, the strengths of the subtropical jets increase gradually as their positions shift to higher layers.
